Project Manager, Key Account
About This Role:

Quadrant is looking for Project Managers, who drives sales productivity and growth by aiding in the acquisition of new business and development projects within an established key account. He/she collaborates with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to ensure solutions accurately address customer needs. He/she is responsible for achieving a profitability and productivity.

Job Description:

Be the champion of project applying disciplined project management skill to support customer’s request ensuring project smoothness from NPI to ramp. Develop superior business relationship with customers to win coach for corp with team.

Be the point of contact for customers responding to questions, requests and product knowledge.

Be the voice from customers clearly transforming customers’ requests to the team to win more business opportunities.

Collect data to provide clear sales strategy to corp.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or entrepreneurship

Minimum of three to five years of project management, Sales or business development experience in combination within a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus. Bilingual – English and Mandarin Chinese, understand the culture difference.

Experience in the consumer electronics industry.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
